- Suppresses stomach acid Secretion by specific inhibition of the H+/K+-ATpase System found at the Secretory surface of gastric parietal Cells
INDICATIONS
- Treatment of Duodenal & Gastric Ulcers, Reflux esophagitis, Gastro esophageal reflux disease, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
- Prevention of Duodena ulcer relapses, Gastric ulcer rlapses
- Helicobacter Pylori eradication in peptic ulcer (In combination with antibiotic)
- Prophylaxis & Treatment of NSAID associated gastric & duodenal ulcers
- Long term management of healed reflux esophagitis
Dosage
- Duodenal & Gastric ulcers, Reflux esophagitis: 40mg once daily
- Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: 60mg once daily
