INDICATION
- Treatment of deep vein thrombosis, Pulmonary embolism, unstable angina pectoris and acute peripheral arterial occlusion
- Prophylaxis of deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism
- Prophylaxis of mural thrombosis following myocardial infarction
- In extracorporeal Circulation and hemodialysis
